Installation & care
Otis is plug-in. There is no wiring and no electrician — it goes straight into an ordinary outlet, and the cord and switch are ready to use out of the box.
Care: switch off and let it cool, then dust with a soft, dry cloth. No solvents or abrasive cleaners.

30-day returns & warranty
You have 30 days from delivery. If it isn't right in your room, email us and we send you the return steps. Full refund, no restocking fee. Fixtures need to be uninstalled, unused and in their original packaging. For a change of mind the return shipping is yours; if it arrived damaged or faulty, we cover it.
Not sure about the size? Before we ship, text a photo of your space to (813) 790-7240 and we'll confirm the size and proportions, usually the same day. It's free and it prevents most returns.
Arrives damaged? A replacement ships before anything comes back. Send a photo of the damage within 7 days and we take it from there.
Warranty: covered against manufacturing faults. If a part fails, email us your order number and a photo or video and we put it right.

Do I need an electrician?
No. Otis needs no wiring at all.
What does “fit check” mean?
Text us a photo of the space before you order. We'll tell you which size to choose. It takes a few minutes and it's free.
What if it arrives damaged?
We ship a replacement first, before you send anything back. A photo of the damage is all we need.
What if I don't like it in my room?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it unused, in its original packaging, for a full refund with no restocking fee. For a change of mind, the return shipping is paid by you.
Will the finish match the photos?
Very closely. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and natural or hand-finished materials vary a little from piece to piece. If you'd like a closer look at the finish before you order, text us and we'll send more photos.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 6 to 15 business days. We prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days, then it ships fully tracked with USPS, UPS or FedEx, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us. Your estimated delivery dates are shown in the delivery box above the Add to cart button. Orders placed after 5pm ET start the next business day.

About Otis
A spring-balanced architect lamp that puts light exactly where you need it — then gets out of the way. The clamp base grips a desk edge, headboard, or shelf, and the long swing arm extends and repositions to aim light at a book, a keyboard, or a dim corner a fixed lamp could never reach. Five finishes let it disappear into the background or stand as a deliberate accent.

Will it look like the photos?
Colors and metal finishes can look a little different from screen to screen, and lit glass can look warmer in person than in a daytime photo. If it arrives and is not as described, we send a free replacement or refund you in full, and we pay the return shipping.
What finishes can I choose?
Color: Black, White, Red, Yellow, Silver. Pick yours next to the price. Warm metals like brass and gold suit cream and wood interiors; black sharpens a lighter, modern room.
Are bulbs included?
No, bulbs are not included, so you can choose the brightness and warmth you like.
Size and placement
How big is it?
Width: Ø 6.1 in / 15.5 cm (shade). Height: 14.6 in / 37 cm. The size guide above draws it to scale in a room next to a 5 ft 9 in person, so you can see how big it really is.
Is it the right height for my table?
Lamp and table together should come to about 58 to 64 in, so the bottom of the shade sits near seated eye level and you see the glow, not the bulb. On a nightstand, the bottom of the shade should land around your chin when you sit up in bed. A lamp about a third to a half the width of the table looks balanced.

Returns and peace of mind
What if it arrives damaged?
Email support@tiixo.com with your order number and a photo. If it arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, we send a free replacement, or a full refund if you prefer, and we pay any return shipping. Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you, so if it is lost on the way, we make that right too.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return it unused, in the original packaging with all its parts, and there is no restocking fee. For a change of mind, the return shipping is paid by you. To start, email support@tiixo.com with your order number and we will send the return address and steps. Your refund is processed within 7 business days of the return arriving (your bank can take up to 7 more), or we can exchange it for a different size or finish instead.
Is there a warranty?

Is it safe to order from Tiixo?
