At this time, Tiixo ships only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

All orders qualify for free shipping, with no minimum purchase required.

Delivery Times

Below are the estimated delivery timeframes for all Tiixo orders:

Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).
Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Order handling time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Once your order is processed, it is prepared and handed off to the carrier for shipment.

Transit time: 5 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday).

Estimated delivery time: 6 to 15 business days.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier delays.

Tiixo partners with trusted shipping carriers to ensure reliable delivery throughout the United States. These may include:

  • Other regional carriers depending on your location

The carrier used will be selected automatically based on your address and package requirements.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping:
All orders placed on Tiixo qualify for free standard shipping. There are no additional shipping fees and no minimum order requirements.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work with you to resolve it.

Tiixo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided at checkout, but we will always assist you in tracking and resolving delivery problems.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24 to 72 hours to update after the package is scanned by the carrier.

You can track your order at any time using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
