Installation & care
Installation & care
Hardwired fixtures: we recommend a licensed electrician — most mount to a standard ceiling or wall box, and all mounting hardware is included. Plug-in designs need no wiring at all.
Dimmable models pair with standard TRIAC dimmers (e.g. Lutron, Leviton) — see Specifications.
Care: dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid solvents on brass, stone and fabric finishes.
Questions, answered
Questions, answered
Do I need an electrician?
For hardwired ceiling and wall fixtures we recommend one; plug-in designs simply plug into an outlet.
Can the hanging height be adjusted?
Yes — pendants and chandeliers ship with adjustable rods or cords; the drop is set at installation.
What if it arrives damaged?
We replace damaged or faulty pieces free of charge — photos of the packaging are all we need.
Will the finish match the photos?
Natural materials such as alabaster, travertine and rattan vary piece to piece — the veining and grain are unique to each fixture.

Antique Brass · Hand-Blown Glass Globes · 4 Colours
A traditional brass chandelier drawn in turn-of-the-century vocabulary. Slender scrolled iron arms in warm antique brass radiate from a central glass-balustered column, each one cradling a hand-blown glass globe, while a larger globe drops below the canopy as a counterweight and a small finial closes the silhouette. The proportion is light, the line continuous — a jewel-like centrepiece for a dining room, sitting room, bay-window reading corner or entry foyer.
The brass is hand-aged for a warm patina, and the globes are hand-blown in four tints, so no two chandeliers are exactly alike. Offered in five configurations from 3+1 up to 8+1 lights to suit rooms from a cosy bedroom to a double-height entry.

Installation & Care
Hardwires to a standard ceiling junction box — professional installation recommended. Screw each glass globe onto its arm cup before fitting bulbs. Indoor use only; keep away from steam and water and clean the glass with a soft, dry cloth. Allow 30–36″ of clearance above a dining table, or a minimum of 7ft from the floor in walkways.
Each globe is hand-blown, so slight variation in thickness, small bubbles and tone — along with tiny intentional ventilation holes — are part of the artisanal character, not flaws.
Will it fit your room?
Rule of thumb: room length + width in feet ≈ fixture width in inches. A 10 × 14 ft dining room suits a 24–31 in fixture. Tip: mark the fixture's width on your table with painter's tape and stand back — you'll know instantly.
The Tiixo standard
Every piece in the collection is chosen for three things: proportion that suits real rooms, honest materials, and the quality of the light itself. If a fixture doesn't clear all three, we don't carry it.
