The product

What is it made of?

The body is Metal, antique bronze, crystal. The crystal is faceted to catch and scatter the light, which is what makes it sparkle when lit.

Will it look like the photos?

Colors and metal finishes can look a little different from screen to screen, and lit glass can look warmer in person than in a daytime photo. If it arrives and is not as described, we send a free replacement or refund you in full, and we pay the return shipping.

Size and placement

How big is it?

Width: 30 in dia (76 cm). Height: 28 in (71 cm). The size guide above draws it to scale in a room next to a 5 ft 9 in person, so you can see how big it really is.

Installation

Do I need an electrician?

Hardwired ceiling mount. It connects to a standard ceiling or wall junction box. We recommend a licensed electrician; if you do it yourself, always switch the power off at the breaker first.

How do I clean the crystals?

Switch it off and let it cool. Wipe each crystal with a soft, lint-free cloth; cotton gloves stop fingerprints. For a deeper clean, put a little glass cleaner on the cloth, never spray it onto the fixture.

Delivery and costs

Are there any extra costs?

No surprises. Delivery is free and tracked on every order, with no minimum spend, and there is no restocking fee if you return it. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.

When will it arrive?

Usually 6 to 15 business days. We prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days, then it ships fully tracked with USPS, UPS or FedEx, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us.
