No, bulbs are not included, so you can choose the brightness and warmth you like. It takes: E26 bulb (not included). Any LED bulb with a matching E26 base fits; for a soft, golden glow choose warm white around 2700K.

Yes, with dimmable bulbs and a compatible wall dimmer. Use dimmable LED bulbs with an LED-compatible dimmer (look for LED or CL on the dimmer label); an older dimmer made for incandescent bulbs can make LEDs flicker or buzz.

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return it unused, in the original packaging with all its parts, and there is no restocking fee. For a change of mind, the return shipping is paid by you. To start, email support@tiixo.com with your order number and we will send the return address and steps. Your refund is processed within 7 business days of the return arriving (your bank can take up to 7 more), or we can exchange it for a different size or finish instead.

Yes. It is covered against manufacturing faults. If a part fails, email support@tiixo.com with your order number and a photo or video of the problem and we will put it right.
