The product

What is it made of?

The body is Die-cast aluminum with a frosted PC diffuser.

Will it look like the photos?

Colors and metal finishes can look a little different from screen to screen, and lit glass can look warmer in person than in a daytime photo. If it arrives and is not as described, we send a free replacement or refund you in full, and we pay the return shipping.

Are bulbs included?

It has a built-in LED, so there are no bulbs to buy or replace.

What color is the light?

Warm white 3000K. Warm white around 2700K feels like candlelight and suits living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms; 3000K is a touch crisper for kitchens and work areas.

Size and placement

How big is it?

Width: Slim cylindrical bollard on a wider ground base. Height: 6 heights — 31 / 59 / 79 / 98 / 118 / 138 in. The size guide above draws it to scale in a room next to a 5 ft 9 in person, so you can see how big it really is.

How high should I mount it?

Center it about 66 in above the threshold, close to eye level. Beside a door, a light about a quarter to a third of the door height looks right, which is roughly 20 to 27 in for a standard 80 in door. Use one each side of a front door, or one on the handle side of a back door.

Can it be used outdoors or in a bathroom?

Its rating is IP65 waterproof, outdoor. Damp-rated lights suit covered porches and bathrooms; wet-rated lights can take direct rain.

Installation

Do I need an electrician?

Ground-mounted, hardwired — electrician recommended. It connects to a standard ceiling or wall junction box. We recommend a licensed electrician; if you do it yourself, always switch the power off at the breaker first.

Delivery and costs

Are there any extra costs?

No surprises. Delivery is free and tracked on every order, with no minimum spend, and there is no restocking fee if you return it. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.

When will it arrive?

Usually 6 to 15 business days. We prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days, then it ships fully tracked with USPS, UPS or FedEx, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us. Your estimated delivery dates are shown in the delivery box above the Add to cart button. Orders placed after 5pm ET start the next business day.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email support@tiixo.com with your order number as soon as possible. We prepare orders within 1 to 3 business days, so the sooner you write, the easier it is to change the size, finish or address.

Returns and peace of mind

What if it arrives damaged?

Email support@tiixo.com with your order number and a photo. If it arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, we send a free replacement, or a full refund if you prefer, and we pay any return shipping. Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you, so if it is lost on the way, we make that right too.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return it unused, in the original packaging with all its parts, and there is no restocking fee. For a change of mind, the return shipping is paid by you. To start, email support@tiixo.com with your order number and we will send the return address and steps. Your refund is processed within 7 business days of the return arriving (your bank can take up to 7 more), or we can exchange it for a different size or finish instead.

Is there a warranty?

Yes: 1-year limited warranty. If anything goes wrong in that time, email us with your order number and a photo or video of the problem.

Is it safe to order from Tiixo?

Yes. Tiixo is Water To Roof LLC, a US company based in Riverview, Florida. Checkout runs through Shopify Payments, PayPal and Apple Pay, and we never store your full card number. Real people answer at support@tiixo.com or (813) 790-7240, 9am to 5pm Eastern, seven days a week, within 12 hours.
