Installation & care
Corda is hardwired and mounts to a standard exterior wall box. We recommend a licensed electrician; most typically charge $75 to $150 per fixture.
Care: switch off and let it cool, then dust with a soft, dry cloth. No solvents or abrasive cleaners.

30-day returns & warranty
You have 30 days from delivery. If it isn't right in your room, email us and we send you the return steps. Full refund, no restocking fee. Fixtures need to be uninstalled, unused and in their original packaging. For a change of mind the return shipping is yours; if it arrived damaged or faulty, we cover it.
Not sure about the size? Before we ship, text a photo of your entrance or wall to (813) 790-7240 and we'll confirm the size and mounting height, usually the same day. It's free and it prevents most returns.
Arrives damaged? A replacement ships before anything comes back. Send a photo of the damage within 7 days and we take it from there.

Do I need an electrician?
Yes for Corda; it's hardwired. Most electricians typically charge $75 to $150 per fixture.
What does “fit check” mean?
Text us a photo of the entrance or wall before you order. We'll tell you which size to choose and how high to mount it. It takes a few minutes and it's free.
What if it arrives damaged?
We ship a replacement first, before you send anything back. A photo of the damage is all we need.
What if I don't like it in my room?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it unused, in its original packaging, for a full refund with no restocking fee. For a change of mind, the return shipping is paid by you.
Can I dim it?
A dimmer is optional. If you add one, use a dimmer rated for this light's bulbs or built-in LED; text us and we'll confirm a compatible one.
Will the finish match the photos?
Very closely. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and natural or hand-finished materials vary a little from piece to piece. If you'd like a closer look at the finish before you order, text us and we'll send more photos.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 6 to 15 business days. We prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days, then it ships fully tracked with USPS, UPS or FedEx, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us. About Corda
Corda holt den Look von geflochtenem Seil nach draußen und auf Barhöhe. Eine diagonal von Hand geflochtene Seillehne läuft in niedrige Armlehnen aus, ein weiches, schnell trocknendes Kissen polstert die Sitzfläche, und das Ganze steht auf konisch zulaufenden Massivholzbeinen mit pulverbeschichteter Stahlverstrebung — gemacht für den Platz am Pool, auf der Terrasse oder unter der Pergola.

What is it made of?

How high should I mount it?
Center it about 66 in above the threshold, close to eye level. Beside a door, a light about a quarter to a third of the door height looks right, which is roughly 20 to 27 in for a standard 80 in door. Use one each side of a front door, or one on the handle side of a back door.

Do I need an electrician?

Returns and peace of mind

If it arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, we send a free replacement, or a full refund if you prefer, and we pay any return shipping. Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you, so if it is lost on the way, we make that right too.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return it unused, in the original packaging with all its parts, and there is no restocking fee. For a change of mind, the return shipping is paid by you. To start, email support@tiixo.com with your order number and we will send the return address and steps. Your refund is processed within 7 business days of the return arriving (your bank can take up to 7 more), or we can exchange it for a different size or finish instead.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. It is covered against manufacturing faults. If a part fails, email support@tiixo.com with your order number and a photo or video of the problem and we will put it right.
