Care: switch off and let it cool, then dust with a soft, dry cloth. No solvents or abrasive cleaners.

30-day returns & warranty
You have 30 days from delivery. If it isn't right in your room, email us and we send you the return steps. Full refund, no restocking fee. Fixtures need to be uninstalled, unused and in their original packaging. For a change of mind the return shipping is yours; if it arrived damaged or faulty, we cover it.
Not sure about the size? Before we ship, text a photo of your space to (813) 790-7240 and we'll confirm the size and mounting height, usually the same day. It's free and it prevents most returns.
Arrives damaged? A replacement ships before anything comes back. Send a photo of the damage within 7 days and we take it from there.

Do I need an electrician?
Yes for Albero; it's hardwired. Most electricians typically charge $75 to $150 per fixture.
What does “fit check” mean?
Text us a photo of the space before you order. We'll tell you which size to choose and how high to mount it. It takes a few minutes and it's free.
What if it arrives damaged?
We ship a replacement first, before you send anything back. A photo of the damage is all we need.
What if I don't like it in my room?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it unused, in its original packaging, for a full refund with no restocking fee. For a change of mind, the return shipping is paid by you.
Can I dim it?
A dimmer is optional. If you add one, use a dimmer rated for this light's bulbs or built-in LED; text us and we'll confirm a compatible one.
Will the finish match the photos?
Very closely. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and natural or hand-finished materials vary a little from piece to piece. If you'd like a closer look at the finish before you order, text us and we'll send more photos.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 6 to 15 business days. We prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days, then it ships fully tracked with USPS, UPS or FedEx, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us. About Albero
Albero – italienisch für Baum – fügt ein Blätterdach aus gegossenen, goldfarbenen Ästen zusammen und behängt es mit Hunderten facettierten Kristallblättern. Eingeschaltet wirkt der Kronleuchter wie Sonnenlicht, das sich in einem vergoldeten Geäst fängt: warm, funkelnd und bewusst groß im Maßstab – über dem Esstisch oder in einem Eingang über zwei Etagen.
Jede Leuchte besteht aus gegossenen Aluminiumästen in poliertem Gold, besetzt mit K9-Kristalltropfen und an feinen, verstellbaren Seilen an einem Messingbaldachin aufgehängt. Runde und lineare Formen, sechs Größen – gemacht für Räume mit Präsenz.

What is it made of?
The body is Äste aus Aluminiumguss, poliertes Gold, Baldachin aus Messing. The shade is Facettierte Blatt-Tropfen aus K9-Kristall.
Will it look like the photos?
Colors and metal finishes can look a little different from screen to screen, and lit glass can look warmer in person than in a daytime photo. If it arrives and is not as described, we send a free replacement or refund you in full, and we pay the return shipping.
Can I dim it?
Yes, with dimmable bulbs and a compatible wall dimmer. Use dimmable LED bulbs with an LED-compatible dimmer (look for LED or CL on the dimmer label); an older dimmer made for incandescent bulbs can make LEDs flicker or buzz.
What color is the light?
Warmweiß, ca. 2.700 K. Warm white around 2700K feels like candlelight and suits living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms; 3000K is a touch crisper for kitchens and work areas.
Will it work on US power?
It is rated 220–240 V (EU-Ausführung), Festanschluss.

Returns and peace of mind
What if it arrives damaged?
Email support@tiixo.com with your order number and a photo. If it arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, we send a free replacement, or a full refund if you prefer, and we pay any return shipping. Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you, so if it is lost on the way, we make that right too.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return it unused, in the original packaging with all its parts, and there is no restocking fee. For a change of mind, the return shipping is paid by you. To start, email support@tiixo.com with your order number and we will send the return address and steps. Your refund is processed within 7 business days of the return arriving (your bank can take up to 7 more), or we can exchange it for a different size or finish instead.
Is there a warranty?
Yes: 1 Jahr Herstellergarantie (zusätzlich zur gesetzlichen Gewährleistung von 2 Jahren). If anything goes wrong in that time, email us with your order number and a photo or video of the problem.
