30-day returns & warranty
You have 30 days from delivery. If it isn't right in your room, email us and we send you the return steps. Full refund, no restocking fee. Fixtures need to be uninstalled, unused and in their original packaging. For a change of mind the return shipping is yours; if it arrived damaged or faulty, we cover it.

Warranty: 1-year limited warranty. If a part fails, email us your order number and a photo or video and we put it right.
Questions, answered
Do I need an electrician?
No. Dessa needs no wiring at all.
What does “fit check” mean?
Text us a photo of the space before you order. We'll tell you which size to choose. It takes a few minutes and it's free.
What if it arrives damaged?
We ship a replacement first, before you send anything back. A photo of the damage is all we need.
What if I don't like it in my room?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it unused, in its original packaging, for a full refund with no restocking fee. For a change of mind, the return shipping is paid by you.
Will the finish match the photos?
Very closely. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and natural or hand-finished materials vary a little from piece to piece. If you'd like a closer look at the finish before you order, text us and we'll send more photos.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 6 to 15 business days. We prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days, then it ships fully tracked with USPS, UPS or FedEx, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us. Your estimated delivery dates are shown in the delivery box above the Add to cart button. Orders placed after 5pm ET start the next business day.

What is it made of?
The body is Natural marble base, opal glass shade, brushed-brass top. These are natural or handmade materials, so every piece varies slightly in grain, veining or tone. No two are exactly alike, which is part of the appeal.
Will it look like the photos?
Colors and metal finishes can look a little different from screen to screen, and lit glass can look warmer in person than in a daytime photo. If it arrives and is not as described, we send a free replacement or refund you in full, and we pay the return shipping.
Is it on sale?
Yes. It is 29% off right now: $189.99 instead of $269.99. Delivery is free on top, with no minimum spend.
Are bulbs included?
It has a built-in LED, so there are no bulbs to buy or replace.
What color is the light?
3000K warm white. Warm white around 2700K feels like candlelight and suits living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms; 3000K is a touch crisper for kitchens and work areas.
How bright is it?
Light source: integrated 5W LED, 550 lumen, 3000K, 90 CRI.
Size and placement
How big is it?
Width: Ø 9.1 in / 23 cm. Height: 11 in / 28 cm. The size guide above draws it to scale in a room next to a 5 ft 9 in person, so you can see how big it really is.
Where does it work best?
Anywhere you want a small pool of warm light without a cord: a nightstand, a bookshelf, the middle of the dinner table, or outdoors on a table for an evening.
