Orders & Payment

You authorize Tiixo to charge your chosen payment method for the full amount at purchase.

Orders may be canceled if:

  • Payment cannot be verified.

  • An item is sold out or unavailable.

If an order is cancelled on our end, we will issue a refund.

Shipping & Processing

Orders usually process within 1-3 business days before shipment.
Delivery times vary depending on location, customs, and carrier delays.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia.

For orders delivered to Germany, EU VAT and import duties are calculated and collected at checkout, and nothing further is payable on delivery. German orders are charged in EUR.

Orders delivered to Canada and the United Kingdom are not taxed at checkout. Import VAT, GST/HST/PST, duties, and carrier handling fees may be charged on delivery by your local customs authority or carrier. These charges are set by your local authorities and are not collected by us. United Kingdom orders are charged in USD.

Orders delivered to Australia are charged in AUD and are not taxed at checkout. Most Australian orders fall under the AUD $1,000 low-value import threshold with nothing further to pay on delivery; for higher-value orders, GST, customs duties, and carrier handling fees may be charged on delivery by Australian authorities or the carrier, and are the responsibility of the customer.

Risk of loss and damage stays with us until the order is delivered to you. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will make it right.
