These Billing Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Tiixo.com. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Tiixo accepts secure online payments through trusted payment providers. Accepted methods may include:

Payment must be completed in full at checkout before an order is processed.
Pricing & Currency
Prices on Tiixo.com are listed in USD (United States Dollars) for U.S. customers unless otherwise stated.
Customers shopping from Canada are shown prices and charged in CAD (Canadian Dollars).
Customers shopping from Germany are shown prices and charged in EUR (Euros).
Customers shopping from the United Kingdom are shown prices and charged in USD (United States Dollars).
Customers shopping from Australia are shown prices and charged in AUD (Australian Dollars).
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Promotional pricing, discounts, or limited-time offers are valid only during the stated promotional period.
Taxes
For U.S. orders, applicable sales tax may be charged based on your shipping address and local tax regulations. Any required taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation.
For Canadian orders, taxes are not collected at checkout. Prices do not include Canadian taxes or duties. Depending on the value of your order, Canadian customers may be required to pay GST/HST/PST, customs duties, and carrier brokerage fees upon delivery. These charges are set by Canadian authorities and carriers, not by Tiixo.
For United Kingdom orders, taxes are not collected at checkout. Prices do not include UK VAT or duties. Depending on the value of your order, UK customers may be required to pay import VAT, customs duties, and carrier handling fees at or after delivery. These charges are set by UK authorities and carriers, not by Tiixo.
For German orders, EU VAT and import duties are calculated and collected at checkout through Shopify Managed Markets. The total shown at checkout includes these charges, and nothing further is payable on delivery.
For Australian orders, taxes are not collected at checkout. Prices do not include Australian taxes or duties. Most orders fall under the AUD $1,000 low-value import threshold with nothing to pay on delivery; for higher-value orders, Australian customers may be required to pay GST, customs duties, and carrier handling fees upon delivery. These charges are set by Australian authorities and carriers, not by Tiixo.
Order Authorization
By submitting an order, you authorize Tiixo to charge the total order amount - including product price, applicable taxes, and shipping fees - to your selected payment method.
For orders shipped to Germany, the charge is processed by our Shopify Managed Markets partner, which acts as the merchant of record for that order.
Orders will only be processed once payment authorization is successfully received.
Payment Security
All transactions on tiixo.com are encrypted and processed securely through third-party payment processors.
Tiixo does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment information.
Payment data is handled in accordance with industry security and compliance standards.
Billing Errors & Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact our support team promptly and provide:
Your order number
Full name used at checkout
A description of the billing issue
Filing chargebacks or disputes without first contacting Tiixo may result in delayed resolution or account restrictions.
Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined or fails:
The order will not be processed
You may be asked to submit payment using an alternate method
Unpaid or incomplete orders may be canceled automatically
Refunds & Returns
Refunds are handled in accordance with Tiixo's Refund & Return Policy.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing times vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider
Fraud Prevention
Tiixo reserves the right to:
Cancel or hold orders suspected of fraudulent activity
Request additional verification for certain transactions
Refuse service to protect customers and prevent unauthorized use
Changes to Billing Terms
Tiixo may update these Billing Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted on tiixo.com.
