Gard is hardwired and mounts to a . Mounting hardware and a template are included. We recommend a licensed electrician; most charge $75 to $150 per fixture.

Pair and Set orders include $50 and $100 toward that installation. Send us a photo of your electrician's invoice within 60 days of delivery and we refund it to your card.

Gard is dimmable. Pair and Set orders include the correct compatible dimmer in the box, so there is nothing to research. Single orders work with standard TRIAC dimmers such as Lutron or Leviton; see Specifications for the model we use.

Care: dust with a soft, dry cloth. No solvents on alabaster, stone or brass. Natural materials are exactly that — the veining is unique to each piece and will not match the photos precisely.

Live with it for 60 days. If it isn't right in your room, email us and we send a return label and book a UPS pickup from your door. Full refund, no restocking fee. Fixtures need to be uninstalled and in their original packaging.

Arrives damaged? A replacement ships before anything comes back. Send a photo of the damage within 7 days and we take it from there.

Tiixo Care covers the LED, driver and finish against faults. Two years on a single, five years on Pair and Set orders. We keep replacement drivers in stock for every fixture we sell, so a failed part never means a dead light.

Do I need an electrician?

What does “fit check” mean?

Text us a photo of the space before you order. We'll tell you which size to choose and how high to mount it. It takes a few minutes and it's free.

What if it arrives damaged?

We ship a replacement first, before you send anything back. A photo of the damage is all we need.

What if I don't like it in my room?

You have 60 days. We email a label and UPS collects it from your door. Full refund.

Do I need a dimmer?

Will the finish match the photos?

Natural materials vary. The veining and warmth differ piece to piece, which is the point. If you want to see it first, order a $5 finish sample and we credit it back on your fixture.

Can I buy one now and a second later?

Yes. Order a single and you'll get a code in your confirmation email to add a second within 30 days at the pair price.

How long does delivery take?

Ships in 3 to 5 days from our partner warehouse, then 5 to 10 days in transit, fully tracked. The exact window is shown above the Add to cart button.
