Questions, answered
Do I need an electrician?
Yes for Verdon; it's hardwired. Most electricians typically charge $75 to $150 per fixture.
What does “fit check” mean?
Text us a photo of the entrance or wall before you order. We'll tell you which size to choose and how high to mount it. It takes a few minutes and it's free.
What if it arrives damaged?
We ship a replacement first, before you send anything back. A photo of the damage is all we need.
What if I don't like it in my room?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it unused, in its original packaging, for a full refund with no restocking fee. For a change of mind, the return shipping is paid by you.
Can I dim it?
A dimmer is optional. If you add one, use a dimmer rated for this light's bulbs or built-in LED; text us and we'll confirm a compatible one.
Will the finish match the photos?
Very closely. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and natural or hand-finished materials vary a little from piece to piece. If you'd like a closer look at the finish before you order, text us and we'll send more photos.

How design help works Text a photo to (813) 790-7240 Email support@tiixo.com 9am to 5pm Eastern, 7 days a weekThe product
What is it made of?
The body is Powder-coated aluminum, tempered glass.
Will it look like the photos?
Colors and metal finishes can look a little different from screen to screen, and lit glass can look warmer in person than in a daytime photo. If it arrives and is not as described, we send a free replacement or refund you in full, and we pay the return shipping.
Is it on sale?
Yes. It is 44% off right now: $96 instead of $173.71. Delivery is free on top, with no minimum spend.
Size and placement
How big is it?
Width: 6 in (15 cm). Height: 10 in (25 cm). The size guide above draws it to scale in a room next to a 5 ft 9 in person, so you can see how big it really is.
How high should I mount it?
Center it about 66 in above the threshold, close to eye level. Beside a door, a light about a quarter to a third of the door height looks right, which is roughly 20 to 27 in for a standard 80 in door. Use one each side of a front door, or one on the handle side of a back door.
Can it be used outdoors or in a bathroom?
Its rating is IP44, GFCI outlets. Damp-rated lights suit covered porches and bathrooms; wet-rated lights can take direct rain.
Installation
Do I need an electrician?
Standard outdoor box, hardwired. It connects to a standard ceiling or wall junction box. We recommend a licensed electrician; if you do it yourself, always switch the power off at the breaker first.

Are there any extra costs?
No surprises. Delivery is free and tracked on every order, with no minimum spend, and there is no restocking fee if you return it. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.
