Installation & care
Romy is hardwired and mounts to a standard wall box. We recommend a licensed electrician; most typically charge $75 to $150 per sconce.
Care: switch off and let it cool, then dust with a soft, dry cloth. No solvents or abrasive cleaners.

30-day returns & warranty
You have 30 days from delivery. If it isn't right in your room, email us and we send you the return steps. Full refund, no restocking fee. Fixtures need to be uninstalled, unused and in their original packaging. For a change of mind the return shipping is yours; if it arrived damaged or faulty, we cover it.
Not sure about the size? Before we ship, text a photo of your wall to (813) 790-7240 and we'll confirm the size and mounting height, usually the same day. It's free and it prevents most returns.
Arrives damaged? A replacement ships before anything comes back. Send a photo of the damage within 7 days and we take it from there.
Warranty: 1-year limited warranty. If a part fails, email us your order number and a photo or video and we put it right.

Do I need an electrician?
Yes for Romy; it's hardwired. Most electricians typically charge $75 to $150 per sconce.
What does “fit check” mean?
Text us a photo of the wall before you order. We'll tell you which size to choose and how high to mount it. It takes a few minutes and it's free.
What if it arrives damaged?
We ship a replacement first, before you send anything back. A photo of the damage is all we need.
What if I don't like it in my room?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it unused, in its original packaging, for a full refund with no restocking fee. For a change of mind, the return shipping is paid by you.
Can I dim it?
A dimmer is optional. If you add one, use a dimmer rated for this light's bulbs or built-in LED; text us and we'll confirm a compatible one.
Will the finish match the photos?
Very closely. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and natural or hand-finished materials vary a little from piece to piece. If you'd like a closer look at the finish before you order, text us and we'll send more photos.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 6 to 15 business days. We prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days, then it ships fully tracked with USPS, UPS or FedEx, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us. About Romy
Romy is a soft, elongated pill of genuine white alabaster held between two slim vertical bars on a small backplate. The stone diffuses the light into an even, warm glow with its own natural veining, so no two pieces are alike. Choose brass for warmth or black for contrast, in a short height beside a bed or a tall height for hallways and stairwells.

What is it made of?
The body is Natural alabaster stone with brass or black metal bars. These are natural or handmade materials, so every piece varies slightly in grain, veining or tone. No two are exactly alike, which is part of the appeal.
Will it look like the photos?
Colors and metal finishes can look a little different from screen to screen, and lit glass can look warmer in person than in a daytime photo. If it arrives and is not as described, we send a free replacement or refund you in full, and we pay the return shipping.
What sizes does it come in?

What finishes can I choose?
Finish: Brass, Black. Pick yours next to the price. Warm metals like brass and gold suit cream and wood interiors; black sharpens a lighter, modern room.
Are bulbs included?
No, bulbs are not included, so you can choose the brightness and warmth you like.
What color is the light?
Warm 2700–3000K LED recommended. Warm white around 2700K feels like candlelight and suits living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms; 3000K is a touch crisper for kitchens and work areas.
Will it work on US power?
It is rated AC 110–240V. That covers standard US household power (110 to 120V), so it works without an adapter.

How high should I mount it?
Center it about 60 to 66 in above the floor, roughly at eye level, so the light washes the wall instead of shining in your eyes. Beside a bathroom mirror, mount a pair at face height, about 36 to 40 in apart, for even, shadow-free light. Along a hallway, space them every 8 to 10 ft.

Hardwired wall mount on a wall switch; licensed electrician recommended. It connects to a standard ceiling or wall junction box. We recommend a licensed electrician; if you do it yourself, always switch the power off at the breaker first.

Are there any extra costs?
No surprises. Delivery is free and tracked on every order, with no minimum spend, and there is no restocking fee if you return it. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns and peace of mind
What if it arrives damaged?
Email support@tiixo.com with your order number and a photo. If it arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, we send a free replacement, or a full refund if you prefer, and we pay any return shipping. Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you, so if it is lost on the way, we make that right too.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return it unused, in the original packaging with all its parts, and there is no restocking fee. For a change of mind, the return shipping is paid by you. To start, email support@tiixo.com with your order number and we will send the return address and steps. Your refund is processed within 7 business days of the return arriving (your bank can take up to 7 more), or we can exchange it for a different size or finish instead.
Is there a warranty?
Yes: 1-year limited warranty. If anything goes wrong in that time, email us with your order number and a photo or video of the problem.
Is it safe to order from Tiixo?
