Questions, answered
Do I need an electrician?
Yes for Vireo; it's hardwired. Most electricians typically charge $75 to $150 per fixture.
What does “fit check” mean?
Text us a photo of the ceiling and the room below before you order. We'll tell you which size to choose and how high to mount it. It takes a few minutes and it's free.
What if it arrives damaged?
We ship a replacement first, before you send anything back. A photo of the damage is all we need.
What if I don't like it in my room?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it unused, in its original packaging, for a full refund with no restocking fee. For a change of mind, the return shipping is paid by you.
Can I dim it?
A dimmer is optional. If you add one, use a dimmer rated for this light's bulbs or built-in LED; text us and we'll confirm a compatible one.
Will the finish match the photos?
Very closely. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and natural or hand-finished materials vary a little from piece to piece. If you'd like a closer look at the finish before you order, text us and we'll send more photos.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 6 to 15 business days. We prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days, then it ships fully tracked with USPS, UPS or FedEx, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us. Your estimated delivery dates are shown in the delivery box above the Add to cart button. Orders placed after 5pm ET start the next business day.

Living with Vireo
Light the room, not just the ceiling.
The room's exclamation point.
- Over a tableHang it so the bottom sits 30–36 in above the tabletop: low enough to feel intimate, high enough to see across.
- Open spaceIn a hall, foyer or living room, keep at least 7 ft (84 in) clear underneath, more under a tall ceiling.
- The bulbWarm white around 2700K gives the soft, golden light most people want in living and dining rooms.
Drawn to scale from the listed dimensions, beside a 5 ft 9 in person.
Size guide
Will Vireo suit your room?
A designer's rule of thumb: add the room's length and width in feet, and that number in inches is a good fixture width. Over a table, aim for about half to two thirds of the table's length.

About Vireo
The room's exclamation point. Twenty-four brass-gold arms radiate from a central sphere, each tipped with a K9 crystal accent that catches and scatters warm light across the ceiling. At 39.4" (100 cm) across, it reads as a four-figure designer piece over a dining table, kitchen island, or two-story foyer — the one fixture guests ask about.
Why it works
- 24 crystal-tipped arms in a full starburst sphere — statement scale, not a mini version
- Adjustable hanging height — works under standard ceilings and in double-height foyers
- Dimmable with compatible G9 LED bulbs, from sparkling bright to dinner-party warm
- Solid steel construction with brushed brass-gold finish (matte black also available)
- Hardwired canopy mount with standard junction-box installation
- Ships fast · 30-day returns

Will it look like the photos?
Colors and metal finishes can look a little different from screen to screen, and lit glass can look warmer in person than in a daytime photo. If it arrives and is not as described, we send a free replacement or refund you in full, and we pay the return shipping.
What finishes can I choose?
Finish: Brass Gold, Matte Black. Pick yours next to the price. Warm metals like brass and gold suit cream and wood interiors; black sharpens a lighter, modern room.
Is it on sale?
Yes. It is 35% off right now: $500 instead of $771.92. Delivery is free on top, with no minimum spend.
Are bulbs included?
No, bulbs are not included, so you can choose the brightness and warmth you like.
Can I dim it?
Yes, it is dimmable.
Size and placement
How big is it?
Width: Ø 39.4 in / 100 cm. The size guide above draws it to scale in a room next to a 5 ft 9 in person, so you can see how big it really is.
What size do I need?
Add your room length and width in feet: that number in inches is a good fixture width. A 12 by 14 ft room suits about 26 in. Over a dining table, choose a light about half to two thirds of the table length, and at least 12 in narrower than the table so nobody bumps it. The room check in the size guide above does the math for you.
How high should I hang it?
Over a dining table or kitchen island, the bottom should sit 30 to 36 in above the surface. In an open room, hall or entry, leave at least 7 ft (84 in) clear underneath. For ceilings higher than 8 ft, raise it about 3 in for every extra foot of height.
Can I adjust the hanging height?
Yes. The hanging height is adjustable, so the drop is set during installation to suit your ceiling and table.
Will it light my whole room?
A ceiling light gives the room its overall, ambient glow. For close work like reading or chopping, most rooms also need a lamp or task light nearby. In a larger room, or for a long table, two pendants or a chandelier plus wall lights spread the light more evenly.
Installation
Do I need an electrician?
It connects to a standard ceiling or wall junction box. We recommend a licensed electrician; if you do it yourself, always switch the power off at the breaker first.
Can my ceiling hold it?
In the US, a standard ceiling box fixed to a joist is rated for fixtures up to 50 lb; check the rating stamped inside your box. Heavier lights, or boxes held only by drywall, need a fan-rated or brace-mounted box. An electrician can check yours in a few minutes.
Delivery and costs
Are there any extra costs?
No surprises. Delivery is free and tracked on every order, with no minimum spend, and there is no restocking fee if you return it. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.
