You have 30 days from delivery. If it isn't right in your room, email us and we send you the return steps. Full refund, no restocking fee. Questions, answered
Do I need an electrician?
Yes for Mariette; it's hardwired. Most electricians typically charge $75 to $150 per sconce.
What does “fit check” mean?
Text us a photo of the wall before you order. We'll tell you which size to choose and how high to mount it. It takes a few minutes and it's free.
What if it arrives damaged?
We ship a replacement first, before you send anything back. A photo of the damage is all we need.
What if I don't like it in my room?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it unused, in its original packaging, for a full refund with no restocking fee. For a change of mind, the return shipping is paid by you.
Can I dim it?
A dimmer is optional. If you add one, use a dimmer rated for this light's bulbs or built-in LED; text us and we'll confirm a compatible one.
Will the finish match the photos?
Very closely. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and natural or hand-finished materials vary a little from piece to piece. If you'd like a closer look at the finish before you order, text us and we'll send more photos.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 6 to 15 business days. We prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days, then it ships fully tracked with USPS, UPS or FedEx, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us. Your estimated delivery dates are shown in the delivery box above the Add to cart button. Orders placed after 5pm ET start the next business day.

- The bulbWarm white around 2700K gives the soft, golden light most people want in living and dining rooms.

Size guide
Will Mariette suit your room?
Most wall lights sit with their center 60–66 in from the floor, so the light washes the wall rather than shining in your eyes.

About Mariette
The Mariette is a petite gooseneck sconce — a burnished brass arm curving down to a small white dome, delivering a warm, focused pool of light. Classic and compact, it suits a bedside, mirror or hallway singly, or as a two- or three-head bar over a vanity.

How design help works Text a photo to (813) 790-7240 Email support@tiixo.com 9am to 5pm Eastern, 7 days a weekThe product
Will it look like the photos?
Colors and metal finishes can look a little different from screen to screen, and lit glass can look warmer in person than in a daytime photo. If it arrives and is not as described, we send a free replacement or refund you in full, and we pay the return shipping.
What sizes does it come in?
It comes in 3 sizes: 1 head L 7.9″ x W 9.1″ x H 10″, 2 heads L 20.9″ x W 8.5″ x H 10″, 3 heads L 28″ x W 8.5″ x H 10″. Pick yours next to the price. Not sure which? The room check in the size guide above works out the right width for your room, or email us your room size and we will tell you.
Is it on sale?
Yes. It is 44% off right now: $204 instead of $364.72. Delivery is free on top, with no minimum spend.
Size and placement
How big is it?
Width: 7.9 – 28 in / 20 – 71 cm (1 to 3 heads). Height: 10 in / 25 cm. Depth: 8.5 – 9.1 in / 22 – 23 cm. The size guide above draws it to scale in a room next to a 5 ft 9 in person, so you can see how big it really is.
How high should I mount it?
Center it about 60 to 66 in above the floor, roughly at eye level, so the light washes the wall instead of shining in your eyes. Beside a bathroom mirror, mount a pair at face height, about 36 to 40 in apart, for even, shadow-free light. Along a hallway, space them every 8 to 10 ft.
Installation
Do I need an electrician?
It connects to a standard ceiling or wall junction box. We recommend a licensed electrician; if you do it yourself, always switch the power off at the breaker first.
Delivery and costs
Are there any extra costs?
No surprises. Delivery is free and tracked on every order, with no minimum spend, and there is no restocking fee if you return it. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.
When will it arrive?
Usually 6 to 15 business days. We prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days, then it ships fully tracked with USPS, UPS or FedEx, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us. Your estimated delivery dates are shown in the delivery box above the Add to cart button. Orders placed after 5pm ET start the next business day.

Returns and peace of mind
What if it arrives damaged?
Email support@tiixo.com with your order number and a photo. If it arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, we send a free replacement, or a full refund if you prefer, and we pay any return shipping. Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you, so if it is lost on the way, we make that right too.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return it unused, in the original packaging with all its parts, and there is no restocking fee. For a change of mind, the return shipping is paid by you. To start, email support@tiixo.com with your order number and we will send the return address and steps. Your refund is processed within 7 business days of the return arriving (your bank can take up to 7 more), or we can exchange it for a different size or finish instead.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. It is covered against manufacturing faults. If a part fails, email support@tiixo.com with your order number and a photo or video of the problem and we will put it right.
Is it safe to order from Tiixo?
Yes. Tiixo is Water To Roof LLC, a US company based in Riverview, Florida. Checkout runs through Shopify Payments, PayPal and Apple Pay, and we never store your full card number. Real people answer at support@tiixo.com or (813) 790-7240, 9am to 5pm Eastern, seven days a week, within 12 hours.
