Installation & care
Galleria is cordless and rechargeable. There is no wiring and no electrician: charge it fully before first use, then mount it on the wall, even where there is no outlet.
Care: switch off and let it cool, then dust with a soft, dry cloth. No solvents or abrasive cleaners.

30-day returns & warranty
You have 30 days from delivery. If it isn't right in your room, email us and we send you the return steps. Full refund, no restocking fee. Fixtures need to be uninstalled, unused and in their original packaging. For a change of mind the return shipping is yours; if it arrived damaged or faulty, we cover it.
Not sure about the size? Before we ship, text a photo of your space to (813) 790-7240 and we'll confirm the size and proportions, usually the same day. It's free and it prevents most returns.
Arrives damaged? A replacement ships before anything comes back. Send a photo of the damage within 7 days and we take it from there.
Warranty: covered against manufacturing faults. If a part fails, email us your order number and a photo or video and we put it right.
Questions, answered
Do I need an electrician?
No. Galleria needs no wiring at all.
What does “fit check” mean?
Text us a photo of the space before you order. We'll tell you which size to choose. It takes a few minutes and it's free.
What if it arrives damaged?
We ship a replacement first, before you send anything back. A photo of the damage is all we need.
What if I don't like it in my room?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it unused, in its original packaging, for a full refund with no restocking fee. For a change of mind, the return shipping is paid by you.
Will the finish match the photos?
Very closely. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and natural or hand-finished materials vary a little from piece to piece. If you'd like a closer look at the finish before you order, text us and we'll send more photos.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 6 to 15 business days. We prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days, then it ships fully tracked with USPS, UPS or FedEx, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us. Your estimated delivery dates are shown in the delivery box above the Add to cart button. Orders placed after 5pm ET start the next business day.

Living with Galleria
Light the room, not just the ceiling.
Galleria Slim Rechargeable Wall Light
- HeightMount the center about 60–66 in from the floor, near eye level, so the light washes the wall instead of glaring.
- SpacingEither side of a mirror, set a pair about 36–40 in apart. Along a hallway, every 8–10 ft.
- The bulbWarm white around 2700K gives the soft, golden light most people want in living and dining rooms.
Drawn to scale from the listed dimensions, beside a 5 ft 9 in person.
Size guide
Will Galleria suit your room?
Most wall lights sit with their center 60–66 in from the floor, so the light washes the wall rather than shining in your eyes.

About Galleria
The Galleria is a slim rechargeable picture light — a fine bar of warm LED that reaches out over a framed piece and bathes it in an even, gallery-grade wash. Cordless and dimmable in four warm-metal finishes, it mounts without wiring above art, mirrors or shelving.

How design help works Text a photo to (813) 790-7240 Email support@tiixo.com 9am to 5pm Eastern, 7 days a weekThe product
Will it look like the photos?
Colors and metal finishes can look a little different from screen to screen, and lit glass can look warmer in person than in a daytime photo. If it arrives and is not as described, we send a free replacement or refund you in full, and we pay the return shipping.
What sizes does it come in?
It comes in 2 sizes: L 15.7″ x H 4.7″ x Depth 5.9″, L 23.6″ x H 4.7″ x Depth 5.9″. Pick yours next to the price. Not sure which? The room check in the size guide above works out the right width for your room, or email us your room size and we will tell you.
What finishes can I choose?
Colour: Black, Gold, Nickel, Bronze. Pick yours next to the price. Warm metals like brass and gold suit cream and wood interiors; black sharpens a lighter, modern room.
Is it on sale?
Yes. It is 34% off right now: $133 instead of $202.51. Delivery is free on top, with no minimum spend.
Can I dim it?
Yes, it is dimmable.
Size and placement
How big is it?
Width: 15.7 – 23.6 in / 40 – 60 cm (by size). Height: 4.7 in / 12 cm. Depth: 5.9 in / 15 cm. The size guide above draws it to scale in a room next to a 5 ft 9 in person, so you can see how big it really is.
Where does it work best?
Anywhere you want a small pool of warm light without a cord: a nightstand, a bookshelf, the middle of the dinner table, or outdoors on a table for an evening.
Installation
Do I need an electrician?
No wiring and no electrician. It is ready to use out of the box.
Delivery and costs
Are there any extra costs?
No surprises. Delivery is free and tracked on every order, with no minimum spend, and there is no restocking fee if you return it. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.
When will it arrive?
Usually 6 to 15 business days. We prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days, then it ships fully tracked with USPS, UPS or FedEx, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us. Your estimated delivery dates are shown in the delivery box above the Add to cart button. Orders placed after 5pm ET start the next business day.

Returns and peace of mind
What if it arrives damaged?
Email support@tiixo.com with your order number and a photo. Your refund is processed within 7 business days of the return arriving (your bank can take up to 7 more), or we can exchange it for a different size or finish instead.
