Hardwired fixtures: we recommend a licensed electrician — most mount to a standard ceiling or wall box, and all mounting hardware is included. Plug-in designs need no wiring at all.
Dimmable models pair with standard TRIAC dimmers (e.g. Lutron, Leviton) — see Specifications.
Care: dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid solvents on brass, stone and fabric finishes.

Do I need an electrician?
For hardwired ceiling and wall fixtures we recommend one; plug-in designs simply plug into an outlet.
Can the hanging height be adjusted?
Yes — pendants and chandeliers ship with adjustable rods or cords; the drop is set at installation.
What if it arrives damaged?
We replace damaged or faulty pieces free of charge — photos of the packaging are all we need.
Will the finish match the photos?
Natural materials such as alabaster, travertine and rattan vary piece to piece — the veining and grain are unique to each fixture.

About Tiixo dimmer
The dimmer we put in the box with every Pair and Set order, sold on its own for single fixtures. A rotary LED dimmer with a white plate, rated for 150W of dimmable LED or 600W incandescent, and it works as a single-pole or 3-way switch. No neutral wire needed, so it fits older wiring. Turn the knob to dim smoothly with no flicker; press to switch on and off.
Wall plate included. UL listed. Installs in place of your existing switch in about 15 minutes.
Included free on Pair and Set orders. Covered by Tiixo Care alongside your fixture.

Will it look like the photos?
Colors and metal finishes can look a little different from screen to screen, and lit glass can look warmer in person than in a daytime photo. If it arrives and is not as described, we send a free replacement or refund you in full, and we pay the return shipping.
Can I dim it?
150W LED / 600W incandescent, single-pole or 3-way.

Delivery and costs
Are there any extra costs?
No surprises. Delivery is free and tracked on every order, with no minimum spend, and there is no restocking fee if you return it. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.
When will it arrive?
Usually 6 to 15 business days. We prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days, then it ships fully tracked with USPS, UPS or FedEx, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us. Your estimated delivery dates are shown in the delivery box above the Add to cart button. Orders placed after 5pm ET start the next business day.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@tiixo.com with your order number as soon as possible. We prepare orders within 1 to 3 business days, so the sooner you write, the easier it is to change the size, finish or address.
Returns and peace of mind
What if it arrives damaged?
Email support@tiixo.com with your order number and a photo. If it arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, we send a free replacement, or a full refund if you prefer, and we pay any return shipping. Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you, so if it is lost on the way, we make that right too.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return it unused, in the original packaging with all its parts, and there is no restocking fee. For a change of mind, the return shipping is paid by you. To start, email support@tiixo.com with your order number and we will send the return address and steps. Your refund is processed within 7 business days of the return arriving (your bank can take up to 7 more), or we can exchange it for a different size or finish instead.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. It is covered against manufacturing faults. If a part fails, email support@tiixo.com with your order number and a photo or video of the problem and we will put it right.
Is it safe to order from Tiixo?
Yes. Tiixo is Water To Roof LLC, a US company based in Riverview, Florida. Checkout runs through Shopify Payments, PayPal and Apple Pay, and we never store your full card number. Real people answer at support@tiixo.com or (813) 790-7240, 9am to 5pm Eastern, seven days a week, within 12 hours.
