Snowflake
4.1 (14)Details
Snowflake is a petite portable lamp carved from genuine natural alabaster — a soft, snow-like glow passes through real mineral veining, so no two pieces are ever alike. There are no cords and no wiring: a built-in battery means you can set this little sculptural accent anywhere, from a bookshelf to a bedside corner.
It's designed as an intimate ambient accent — roughly the size of a small apple — for mood, not task light. Choose a warm Amber or a soft neutral White glow.

Will it look like the photos?
Colors and metal finishes can look a little different from screen to screen, and lit glass can look warmer in person than in a daytime photo. If it arrives and is not as described, we send a free replacement or refund you in full, and we pay the return shipping.
What sizes does it come in?
It comes in 3 sizes: D 9cm x H 6cm / ∅ 3.5″ x H 2.4″, D 9cm x H 9cm / ∅ 3.5″ x H 3.5″, D 8cm x H 10.5cm / ∅ 3.1″ x H 4.1″. Pick yours under the price. Not sure which? The room check in the size guide works out the right width for your room, or email us your room size and we will tell you.
What finishes can I choose?
Finishes: White, Amber. Pick yours under the price. Warm metals like brass and gold suit cream and wood interiors; black sharpens a lighter, modern room.
Is it on sale?
Yes. It is 38% off in our Pre-Black Friday Sale: $135 instead of $218.13. The saving is already applied, so there is no code to enter, and delivery is free on top.
Can I dim it?
Yes, it is dimmable.
How long does the battery last?
Battery: ~6 hours at brightest · slow-charge adapters only.
Size and placement
How big is it?
Width: Ø 3.1 – 3.5 in / 8 – 9 cm (by size). Height: 2.4 – 4.1 in / 6 – 10.5 cm (by size). The size guide draws it to scale in a room next to a 5 ft 9 in person, so you can see how big it really is.
Where does it work best?
Anywhere you want a small pool of warm light without a cord: a nightstand, a bookshelf, the middle of the dinner table, or outdoors on a table for an evening.
Installation
Do I need an electrician?
No wiring and no electrician. It is ready to use out of the box.
Delivery and costs
Are there any extra costs?
No surprises. Delivery is free and tracked on every order, with no minimum spend, and there is no restocking fee if you return it. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.
When will it arrive?
Usually 6 to 15 business days. We prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days, then it ships fully tracked with USPS, UPS or FedEx, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us. Your estimated delivery dates are shown right above the Add to cart button. Orders placed after 5pm ET start the next business day.
Do I need a discount code?
No. Sale prices are already applied, so the price you see on the page is the price you pay at checkout. There is nothing to copy or type, no minimum spend, and free shipping still applies.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@tiixo.com with your order number as soon as possible. We prepare orders within 1 to 3 business days, so the sooner you write, the easier it is to change the size, finish or address.
Returns and peace of mind
What if it arrives damaged?
Email support@tiixo.com with your order number and a photo. If it arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, we send a free replacement, or a full refund if you prefer, and we pay any return shipping. Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you, so if it is lost on the way, we make that right too.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return it unused, in the original packaging with all its parts, and there is no restocking fee. For a change of mind, the return shipping is paid by you. To start, email support@tiixo.com with your order number and we will send the return address and steps. Your refund is processed within 7 business days of the return arriving (your bank can take up to 7 more), or we can exchange it for a different size or finish instead.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. It is covered against manufacturing faults. If a part fails, email support@tiixo.com with your order number and a photo or video of the problem and we will put it right.
Is it safe to order from Tiixo?
Yes. Tiixo is Water To Roof LLC, a US company based in Riverview, Florida. Checkout runs through Shopify Payments, PayPal and Apple Pay, and we never store your full card number. Real people answer at support@tiixo.com or (813) 790-7240, 9am to 5pm Eastern, seven days a week, within 12 hours.
