Questions about Heron
The questions people ask us before they order, answered straight.
Still deciding?
Our design help is free: send a photo of your space and a real person will tell you the right size, finish and height within 12 hours.
How design help works Text a photo to (813) 790-7240 Email support@tiixo.com 9am to 5pm Eastern, 7 days a weekThe product
What is it made of?
The body is Korpus aus Eisen und Aluminium. The shade is Mattierte LED-Lichtleiste, flimmer- und blendfrei.
Will it look like the photos?
Colors and metal finishes can look a little different from screen to screen, and lit glass can look warmer in person than in a daytime photo. If it arrives and is not as described, we send a free replacement or refund you in full, and we pay the return shipping.
Can I dim it?
Touch dim, warm to daylight.
What color is the light?
2.700 K–6.000 K, einstellbar. Warm white around 2700K feels like candlelight and suits living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms; 3000K is a touch crisper for kitchens and work areas.
Size and placement
How big is it?
Width: Fußspannweite ca. 20 cm. Height: Ca. 40 cm H in Gebrauch; Kopf neigbar und um 360° drehbar. The size guide draws it to scale in a room next to a 5 ft 9 in person, so you can see how big it really is.
Installation
Do I need an electrician?
Freistehende Tisch-/Schreibtischleuchte.
Delivery and costs
Are there any extra costs?
No surprises. Delivery is free and tracked on every order, with no minimum spend, and there is no restocking fee if you return it. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.
When will it arrive?
Usually 6 to 15 business days. We prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days, then it ships fully tracked with USPS, UPS or FedEx, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us. Your estimated delivery dates are shown right above the Add to cart button. Orders placed after 5pm ET start the next business day.
Do I need a discount code?
No. Sale prices are already applied, so the price you see on the page is the price you pay at checkout. There is nothing to copy or type, no minimum spend, and free shipping still applies.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@tiixo.com with your order number as soon as possible. We prepare orders within 1 to 3 business days, so the sooner you write, the easier it is to change the size, finish or address.
Returns and peace of mind
What if it arrives damaged?
Email support@tiixo.com with your order number and a photo. If it arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, we send a free replacement, or a full refund if you prefer, and we pay any return shipping. Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you, so if it is lost on the way, we make that right too.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return it unused, in the original packaging with all its parts, and there is no restocking fee. For a change of mind, the return shipping is paid by you. To start, email support@tiixo.com with your order number and we will send the return address and steps. Your refund is processed within 7 business days of the return arriving (your bank can take up to 7 more), or we can exchange it for a different size or finish instead.
Is there a warranty?
Yes: 1 Jahr Herstellergarantie (zusätzlich zur gesetzlichen Gewährleistung von 2 Jahren). If anything goes wrong in that time, email us with your order number and a photo or video of the problem.
Is it safe to order from Tiixo?
Yes. Tiixo is Water To Roof LLC, a US company based in Riverview, Florida. Checkout runs through Shopify Payments, PayPal and Apple Pay, and we never store your full card number. Real people answer at support@tiixo.com or (813) 790-7240, 9am to 5pm Eastern, seven days a week, within 12 hours.
