How design help works Text a photo to (813) 790-7240 Email support@tiixo.com 9am to 5pm Eastern, 7 days a weekThe product
What is it made of?
The body is Wood and copper. These are natural or handmade materials, so every piece varies slightly in grain, veining or tone. No two are exactly alike, which is part of the appeal.
Will it look like the photos?
Colors and metal finishes can look a little different from screen to screen, and lit glass can look warmer in person than in a daytime photo. If it arrives and is not as described, we send a free replacement or refund you in full, and we pay the return shipping.
Are bulbs included?
Yes, bulbs are included, so it is ready to light as soon as it is installed.
Can I dim it?
Yes.
What color is the light?
3000K / 4500K / 6000K. Warm white around 2700K feels like candlelight and suits living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms; 3000K is a touch crisper for kitchens and work areas.
Will it work on US power?
It is rated 110V. That covers standard US household power (110 to 120V), so it works without an adapter.
Size and placement
How big is it?
Width: 15, 23 or 35 in. The size guide draws it to scale in a room next to a 5 ft 9 in person, so you can see how big it really is.
Installation
Do I need an electrician?
Wall-mounted, rotatable.
