Nyx joins two rounded columns of genuine Spanish alabaster with a slim metal collar on a round wall plate. One glows upward and one downward, washing soft light both ways along the wall and showing the stone's natural veining. It suits a pair either side of a bed or mirror, or a run along a hallway, in copper, black or bronze and two heights.

What is it made of?
The body is Brass and metal framework with genuine Spanish alabaster. These are natural or handmade materials, so every piece varies slightly in grain, veining or tone. No two are exactly alike, which is part of the appeal.
Will it look like the photos?
Colors and metal finishes can look a little different from screen to screen, and lit glass can look warmer in person than in a daytime photo. If it arrives and is not as described, we send a free replacement or refund you in full, and we pay the return shipping.
What sizes does it come in?
It comes in 2 sizes: Small · H 13.4 in, Large · H 20.5 in. Pick yours under the price. Not sure which? The room check in the size guide works out the right width for your room, or email us your room size and we will tell you.
What finishes can I choose?
Finish: Copper, Black, Bronze. Pick yours under the price. Warm metals like brass and gold suit cream and wood interiors; black sharpens a lighter, modern room.
Are bulbs included?
No, bulbs are not included, so you can choose the brightness and warmth you like. It takes: G9 bulbs (not included). Any LED bulb with a matching G9 base fits; for a soft, golden glow choose warm white around 2700K.
Can I dim it?
Dimmable with dimmable bulbs and a compatible wall dimmer. Use dimmable LED bulbs with an LED-compatible dimmer (look for LED or CL on the dimmer label); an older dimmer made for incandescent bulbs can make LEDs flicker or buzz.
What color is the light?
Warm 2700–3000K LED recommended. Warm white around 2700K feels like candlelight and suits living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms; 3000K is a touch crisper for kitchens and work areas.
Will it work on US power?
It is rated AC 110–240V. That covers standard US household power (110 to 120V), so it works without an adapter.

How high should I mount it?
Center it about 60 to 66 in above the floor, roughly at eye level, so the light washes the wall instead of shining in your eyes. Beside a bathroom mirror, mount a pair at face height, about 36 to 40 in apart, for even, shadow-free light. Along a hallway, space them every 8 to 10 ft.
Installation
Do I need an electrician?
Hardwired wall mount, damp rated; licensed electrician recommended. It connects to a standard ceiling or wall junction box. We recommend a licensed electrician; if you do it yourself, always switch the power off at the breaker first.
Delivery and costs
Are there any extra costs?
No surprises. Delivery is free and tracked on every order, with no minimum spend, and there is no restocking fee if you return it. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.
When will it arrive?
Usually 6 to 15 business days. We prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days, then it ships fully tracked with USPS, UPS or FedEx, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us. Your estimated delivery dates are shown right above the Add to cart button. Orders placed after 5pm ET start the next business day.
Do I need a discount code?
No. Sale prices are already applied, so the price you see on the page is the price you pay at checkout. There is nothing to copy or type, no minimum spend, and free shipping still applies.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@tiixo.com with your order number as soon as possible. We prepare orders within 1 to 3 business days, so the sooner you write, the easier it is to change the size, finish or address.
Returns and peace of mind
What if it arrives damaged?
Email support@tiixo.com with your order number and a photo. If it arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, we send a free replacement, or a full refund if you prefer, and we pay any return shipping. Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you, so if it is lost on the way, we make that right too.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return it unused, in the original packaging with all its parts, and there is no restocking fee. For a change of mind, the return shipping is paid by you. To start, email support@tiixo.com with your order number and we will send the return address and steps. Your refund is processed within 7 business days of the return arriving (your bank can take up to 7 more), or we can exchange it for a different size or finish instead.
Is there a warranty?
Yes: 1-year limited warranty. If anything goes wrong in that time, email us with your order number and a photo or video of the problem.
Is it safe to order from Tiixo?
